Our founder, Emma Gill, initially began trading in Ballinrobe over 15 years ago and has grown the business exponentially since then, thanks to her brilliance as an auctioneer, strong work ethic and progressive thinking.
In 2016 the company joined Property Partners, an independently owned auctioneering group that delivers cutting-edge negotiation services across the full spectrum of the real estate market in more than 28 offices nationwide.

Meet the Team
With a strong work ethic and a natural flair for auctioneering, NUI Galway business graduate Emma Gill established her first office, Emma Gill Letting and Sales, in Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo in 2009.
In an industry that does not stand still, Emma recognises the importance of being forward-thinking and constantly evolving to meet clients’ needs.

Claire is a native of Claregalway. She joined Property Partners Emma Gill early in 2021 as an Associate Director. Claire recently formed a Partnership with Emma Gill as she is now a Director of Property Partners Gill & Glynn.
She is a qualified Property Surveyor and graduated from Limerick Institute of Technology with a first-class Honours Degree in Real Estate. She is Associate member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and is also a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers (IPAV).
Having amassed over 14 years of property experience, Claire has extensive expertise in a wide range of specialisms, including residential and commercial sales, commercial lettings, and valuations.

Tom Brett is a highly respected and veteran estate agent with decades of experience shaping residential and commercial developments across South-East Galway. Based in Clarinbridge, Tom has played a pivotal role in the creation and successful delivery of many of the area’s most established local developments.
Renowned for his deep local knowledge, Tom combines strategic insight with a practical, hands-on approach to property. His long-standing relationships with homeowners, developers, and investors are built on a reputation for integrity, transparency, and results.

Laura joined Property Partners Gill & Glynn in March 2021, in a property administration role. She has over 20 years of commercial property experience in Cape Town, South Africa, where her specialities included property administration for retail, office, and industrial lettings as well as sales.
Laura also handled property management for commercial and some residential properties. She is also expert in property valuation, administration, bank valuations, tenders with local authorities and sales.

Stefanie joined the team in 2021, while completing her Leaving Certificate. Now a University of Galway Arts Student, she works part time as our marketing coordinator.
Stefanie manages our social media pages, from Facebook and Instagram to YouTube and TikTok.
